Application form

Fill out the application form should you wish to become an education agent for ACHM and send all the necessary documents such as company registration, education agent certificates such as from PIER, company brochure etc.



Reference check

Upon receival of your application form, ACHM will conduct reference check. Once your suitability is checked, ACHM will discuss with you and consider you to be an agent for recruiting the students on its behalf.


Agent agreement

ACHM will draft an agreement which contains all the information that you need to abide by and also the commission structure that ACHM pay you for recruiting the students which is after mutual understanding between you and ACHM.


Accept Agreement

Once you receive the agreement, sign and send back to ACHM for countersign if you agree with all the terms and conditions in the agreement. ACHM will countersign and send back the agreement


Notification to ASQA and update in PRISMS

Once both party signed the agreement, ACHM will notify ASQA of you being the education agent and update in PRISMS Publish name in the website


Once notification is completed, ACHM will publish your details in its website
